During this time we are handling the COVID-19 Pandemic proactively and are inputting new procedures and processes, continually updating and educating ourselves to better serve all of our customers.
We are following guidelines from the CDC, which recommends regular cleaning as one of the more preventative measures. This includes additional cleanings on germ prone surfaces, vehicles, table tops, countertops, waiting room facilities, restroom facilities, door handles, desk, telephones and more.
We have posted, informed our employees to follow the CDC's handwashing guidelines below. Our valets are wearing plastic gloves and we are utilizing plastic steering wheel covers to limit contact on your vehicle when in for service. We also, as always, have a shuttle to take you home or pick up if you want to drop your car off for service and not wait in our service lounge.
We are offering complimentary home delivery on any vehicle purchased. We are friendly and always smiling, but for now we are also practicing social distancing so the handshake is on hold. Our salespeople are here to make you as comfortable as possible and assist you in anyway they can... just ask! We hope all our customer's, employees, and their families stay healthy and safe.
Our Service Department and Parts Department hours remain unchanged because we know how important it is to provide service to your vehicle when you need it. We have a very good supply of parts. You can schedule an appointment online, call us to make an appointment, and we have set aside walk-in service appointments too. We are here to serve you!
